Orange with black striped top, on the rear edge little white stains. Bottom front wing orange black, the bottom rear is orange/black/white. ♂ less brightly coloured. Relative short feelers. CP prefers passion flower. The ♂ needs salt which is taken from animal skin or the soil. ⇔ wsp. 85-90 mm
