The back is brown with a white speckled breast and neck, pinkish belly. On the head a crown that is sometimes flat, below the chin a red lob. Both genders are the same, young have black and yellow stains. Found in the forest where it walks the branches looking for seeds and leaves. Very noisy. ⇔ l. 84-92 cm
