Dark Caddisfly, the dark wide wings are black with dark-yellow markings. Legs, head and long antennae are black as well. Prefers to be in the area of water. The larvae construct a tube-like casing from twigs and sand around itself. ⇔ l. 10-11 mm LA: ≈ The PHRYGANEA GRANDIS (Caddis fly) is larger and lighter in colour.
